Bounce Smart & Uh-oh! Not Allowed

Bouncy Castles can be placed on the following ground surfaces

✅ Grass

✅ Level

✅ Clean

✅ Stable

✅ Tauranga City Council-owned spaces

Bouncy Castles may not be placed on the following ground surfaces

🚫 Gravel 🚫 Sharp Stones

🚫 Dirt 🚫Paved 🚫 Concreted areas

🚫 Mud🚫 Pebbles

🚫 Any other objects which may cause damage

Height Restrictions

Check the height to which the hired bouncy castle will inflate to and ensure it will not touch/snag on branches, roof extensions or any other such structure(s) close by.

Power Access

The extension cable to the blower must not run underneath the bouncy castle or where children may be playing or have access to. Please make sure that an area of 1 metre around the inflated bouncy castle, and is completely clear, as it may shift when in use.

Make sure there is a an available power source 25 metres from the desired setup site.

Anchoring

The bouncy castles are secured to the ground by 850mm long x 24mm diameter metal stakes. We hammer one stake per anchor point of the bouncy Castle. Each stake has a pull out capacity of 400kg.

Weight bags are used for indoor hires ONLY. No exceptions.

Refunds

Customer Payments are refunded when:

1. Your Bouncy Castle hire has been 'called off' by Nano Party Hire, due to Mother Nature. Bouncy Castles are NOT set up in rain or high winds - safety is paramount!

2. The 'hirer' has cancelled the Bouncy Castle before the their chosen hire date.

Refunds will NOT be refunded if the castle location chosen by the hirer is not suitable for a Bouncy Castle - NB see the above question (Bouncy Castles can be placed on the following ground surfaces?).
